Enjoy a comfortable holiday in this spacious 5-room apartment, which sleeps up to 6 people and covers approximately 93 m². On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed, and a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and microwave), a separate dining area, a TV, and a radio. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, and a balcony invites you to relax outdoors.

In the basement, there is a small, separately accessible apartment with its own entrance. It features a bedroom with two beds, another bedroom with one bed, and a bathroom with a toilet. The accommodation is designed to be allergy-friendly.

An ideal retreat for families or groups who want to live in comfort, enjoy peace and quiet, and spend unforgettable holiday days together.



The Trossenstek Residence is a lovely small residential complex with 6 apartments in a very quiet location. It’s about a 100-meter walk to the beach.
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes). Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in on Sundays and holidays is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns. 2 Bäder und die Schlafmöglichkeiten waren toll. Ein sonniger Balkon war auch gut. Alles in allem war es sehr schön.

Seht schön gelegen

Schön große und gut aufgeteilte Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt hinter dem Deich und zentral gelegen. Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack zu hart. Leider keine Haustiere erlaubt.
