This comfy bungalow is close to the best of Pensacola —5 minutes to downtown, 9 to the Bay Center, 10 to NAS, and 20 to Pensacola Beach.

The surf bungalow has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a fully stocked kitchen, a carport and driveway space for two cars, and a fully fenced yard for up to two pets, limited to 25 pounds or less.

Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or staying a while, the bungalow is set up with everything you need to feel at home. Good vibes, comfortable, and close to it all!

The bungalow comes with 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, a cooler, croquet, and a beach umbrella so you are fully set up for a beach day!

Pets under 25 pounds are allowed, however there is a $100 cleaning fee per pet per stay and they must be crated when guests leave the home.

There is a charcoal grill in the backyard for guests to use.

This home is the perfect home base for everything Pensacola has to offer!
