Wir waren mit unseren Enkelkindern (8 u. 11 Jahre) zum 3. Mal im Haus Sanddüne, dieses Mal in der Wohnung Nr. 11; alle bisherigen Wohnungen waren Top-ausgestattet, auch diese. Leider mussten wir in den ersten 3-4 Tagen außergewöhnlich viele Spinnen aus der Wohnung entfernen, obwohl wir nur die Fenster geöffnet hatten, an denen Fliegengitter waren. Insbesondere für unsere Enkelkinder war das in dem Kinderzimmer unangenehm. Gravierend war aber, dass wir uns nicht ins WLAN einloggen konnten, da offensichtlich der Router defekt war. Das trugen wir mehrfach in der Agentur vor; man könne selbst nichts machen und wolle den Vermieter informieren. Dieser müsse sich kümmern. Bis zum Urlaubsende tat sich aber nichts. Eine WLAN-Ausstattung ist für uns ein wesentliches Kriterium bei einer FEWO-Buchung. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir die Wohnung nicht gebucht. Bei einem technischen Defekt gehe ich auch davon aus, dass dieser am nächsten Tag behoben ist.
