We were very pleased with the small added attention to details at this property. Bottled water in the refrigerator, a bag of ice in the freezer, etc.Location was superb, property was clean and was just as described. This place should add a note that you can view many of the MarketPlatz lights from the second floor balcony of this property.

Very comfortable, great location.
We all enjoyed our stay. The location is great, short walk to Main Street and restaurants. Quiet. Dog friendly. Our pooch liked it, as well. A bit dark, needs some new lightbulbs.
It rained every minute of our trip, and half of the days almost everything was closed for the Thanksgiving holiday but we still loved our time in Fredericksburg, largely due to this rental. It's such a cool and funky building, yet very comfortable and convenient. Being able to walk steps to downtown and back again made the bad weather a minor detail, and having a dog in tow extremely easy. You always know a confidently clean host once you see white bedding, towels, carpet, etc., and despite our stresses of muddy ground making its way inside, they were definitely on par with their standard of cleanliness! We were considering another trip to this same location before we even left. It's a needle in a haystack to find a place to stay that's so conducive to having both a dog and a 9 month old with you, but the open space and fenced in yard did just that!
Unique property and easily walkable to Main Street! The only thing I would suggest is checking out the deadbolt. It doesn’t seem to make it into the other door - only crosses behind a very thin piece of wood trim and the end of the bolt is visible on the other side of the trim. Think it would be an easy fix to make the place feel a bit more secure. Otherwise very cool place and an easy walk to great restaurants and shopping. Condo is tucked back a bit so you have some privacy and none of the noise issues you might usually have this close to main. Thanks for the hill country adventure!
