Very beautiful country house "Quinta de Santa Emilia", renovated in 2021. 5 houses in the residence. In the hamlet Monte do Vale, in a secluded position, 44 km from the sea, in the countryside, in the woods. For shared use: property 37 ha with lawn, lawn for sunbathing, natural pond, swimming pool angular (14 x 6 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace. In the house: lounge, billiard table, playroom, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access (3 km via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 16 km, shopping centre 40 km, restaurant 7 km, sandy beach "Comporta" 44 km. Nearby attractions: Alcácer do Sal 15 km, Setúbal 40 km, Aeroporto Lisboa 80 km.
