We warmly welcome you to our holiday apartment 4.19 at the Residenz Hohe Lith in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. From your parking space, you can easily take the lift to the 4th floor and walk straight to your holiday home.
With its 65 m², this comfortable and very tastefully furnished apartment is ideal for up to 5 people and their “four-legged” companions. Of course, we’ve also thought of our little guests.
From the approximately 20 m² balcony, which faces southeast, you can't only enjoy a sweeping view of the Cuxhaven hinterland but also soak up the morning sun while having breakfast.
You can easily reach the wellness area by lift. There you’ll find a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and an infrared heat cabin.

The Residenz Hohe Lith, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some not covered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.


Free Wi-Fi internet access in all holiday apartments.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
