The charming holiday apartment Giannutri is located in Riotorto and overlooks the sea. It is part of a typical, completely renovated Maremma farmhouse. The 75 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and an additional sofa bed for 1 child, a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair is also available. Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor with no elevator.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool (open from June to September), a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The barbecue may only be used with coal and charcoal.
Carbonifera beach is 5 minutes away by car.
A parking space is available on the property.

Mooi appartement in een groter complex
Pros: Het was een ruim complex met groot zwembad. We hadden een ruim appartement voor 5 personen.
Informatie van de eigenaresse over omgeving en wat er te bezoeken is erg goed. Ook zeer meelevend.
Cons: We hadden een appartement op de 1e verdieping vh complex. Nadeel is dan dat er geen zitjes zijn op de begane grond voor het complex waar je even kan zitten. Is wel een overkapping helemaal aan de zijkant met een lange houten tafel en houten zitbank. Je kan daar niet even relaxed zitten.

Pros: Hartelijk ontvangst door onze lieve gastvrouw Letizia; veel goede tips ontvangen over mooie strandjes en eetgelegenheden. We konden met al onze vragen bij onze gastvrouw terecht. Zwembad was heerlijk; nooit te druk, water was een goede temperatuur, er was altijd plek om te liggen. Airco werkte goed (op iedere kamer 1). Appartement was schoon.
