Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please assure that all doors, sliders, and windows are securely locked, and lights and AC/heat are turned up if you leave the property for longer than 6 hours
2. LINENS/TOWELS: If an accident does happen and is not reported to us, the guest will be held responsible for the damaged linens and/or towels.
Please ensure all dishes are cleaned and put away or that the dishwasher is loaded and the cycle started. Remove all food and personal items. Return all television remotes to where you found them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This property recently underwent a total makeover, with a full interior remodel and a brand new back yard that truly makes it a resort destination feel. Tucked in the end of a cul-de-sac, this property extends out on a point of land overlooking the entire lake. Everywhere you look while in this property, you see the lake.
