OCE-13 - Residence Oceanic

Hello,
We’d like to introduce you to our 1.5/2-room apartment on the 3rd floor of the Oceanic building in Cuxhaven Döse. The apartment is furnished to accommodate up to 3 people, has approximately 35 m² of living space, and is only about 200 m from the beach house.
The living area is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa, an LED TV (satellite) with a built-in DVD player, a small selection of DVDs, and a separate dining area. The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a small dishwasher. The separate bedroom is accessed from the living room via an open passageway. For the bedroom, we’ve chosen a large double bed with a sleeping surface measuring 180 cm x 200 cm. A bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the apartment.

The bike garage (at ground level) has three spaces available for your bikes. In Cuxhaven, many attractions can be reached by bike along the dike or right by the sea. If you do decide to take the bus, there’s a stop right nearby.
In Döse, many everyday necessities are within walking distance. For example, there’s a bakery, pizzerias, ice cream parlours, an Aldi, and a off-licence, as well as several doctors’ offices. The Strandbasar is within sight, and the Kugelbarke and the seawater outdoor pool aren’t far either.

The Oceanic Residence is an apartment building with 10 units in a central location right by the beach. Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes). Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in on Sundays and holidays is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
