...that’s how you could briefly describe this exclusive, charming thatched-roof house, newly built in 2022, located in the fishing village of Zirchow in an idyllic setting near the imperial spas on the Baltic Sea island of Usedom.
This romantic holiday home, with its cosy furnishings, blends harmoniously into a pine grove typical of the island, located right next to the high banks of the Szczecin Lagoon. The 662 m² property is fenced on approximately 300 m² and provides a safe environment for your little ones or your four-legged friends.
A spacious 136 m² of living area provides ample room for 5–6 people across two floors, featuring two terraces, a large balcony, two parking spaces, bike racks, and a tool shed that can serve as a lockable storage space for your bicycles if needed.
Upon entering the house, you’ll find a bright, open hallway with a large mirror, plenty of space for your shoes and bags, and a coat rack. A closed wooden staircase leads to the upper floor.

Up to 3 well-behaved dogs are permitted for an additional fee. Dog third-party insurance is required. Additional pets are permitted only upon prior arrangement.

The 136-square-meter holiday home spans 2 floors, features 3 bedrooms, and accommodates up to 6 people.
The heart of the home is the spacious 85 m² living/dining area on the ground floor, which, with its romantic wood-paneled kitchen, invites you to cook together or makes for many unforgettable, convivial family game nights around the large dining table. Start your day off right with a balanced breakfast.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with a filter coffee maker, a fully automatic coffee machine with a grinder, a kettle, a toaster, an oven, a raclette set for 4 people, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Those who prefer a quiet atmosphere can wind down their day by the crackling fireplace on the cosy couch, on one of the adjoining terraces, or on the spacious balcony. The holiday home has 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, 2 of which are furnished with comfortable double beds; the third bedroom can be used as a single or double room thanks to a modern sofa bed. The upper floor also features a very spacious bathroom with double sinks,
a bathtub, shower, and toilet, all equipped with state-of-the-art fixtures. On the ground floor of the house is a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. Adjacent to it is a Finnish sauna, where the soothing warmth helps you forget the stresses of everyday life. There is also a safe in the house.
The large terrace is furnished with cosy solid-wood patio furniture, including a 2-meter table with 6 high-backed folding chairs, 2 sun loungers, a parasol, a beach chair, and an electric grill. The small terrace and balcony are also furnished. In the garden, there is a sandpit and toys for the little ones.
Ample space with a great view is available for your children or your pets at one of the floor-to-ceiling windows in the house.
Upon request, a cot can be ordered through the company Clean Up for €8.00.
A quiet desk area for studying or working is located at the top of the stairs on the upper floor.
The entire holiday home is furnished with great attention to detail. Of course, all living rooms and bedrooms feature modern, large flat-screen TVs as well as Wi-Fi. Windows and doors are equipped with shutters and
fly screens. The house is heated by underfloor heating, and two bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The entire ground floor features durable tile flooring, while the upper floor is fitted with designer flooring.
The utility room on the ground floor is equipped with a modern washing machine and dryer, as well as a vacuum cleaner and broom.

In addition to the final payment, a security deposit of €300 must be transferred; this will be refunded within 7 days after the house has been properly handed over.

Up to 3 well-behaved dogs are allowed for an additional fee. Dog third-party insurance must be in place. Other pets are permitted only with prior notice.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
