Two bathrooms– one with a fabulous, extra-deep bathtub and the other with a large walk-in shower– have all your necessities, including shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hair dryers, and towels. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
You will receive information on how to access the keys. Please lock up all windows and doors and return all keys.
Please run the dishwasher prior to check-out. There is a supply of dishwashing detergent under the kitchen sink.
Trash collection is every Tuesday. Leave bins in front of the garage for the trash company to collect.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The HOA fines for parking on the street, so please use the garage and driveway for parking. If more parking is needed, please park cars on the lawn.
No loud music or large parties. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM.
Please remove the sheets from the beds that you used and leave them on the floor for housekeeping to collect at your time of departure.
