Condo was great for the family and we enjoyed it. We had no issues with elevators and the staff was great. The perks of having the bar and grill was a plus! We appreciated all the extras like pitchers for mixing and the only suggestion is some potholders are needed.

Once booking we did not know we were supposed to pay “ reservation & parking fee” it would be nice to know that at the time of booking

The oven didn't work and that ruined cooking groceries we bought at the store. Also a vent fan in a bathroom didn't work. The hallways outside the condo smelled like garbage and the elevators were slow. The condo itself was good otherwise. It has a great view of the pool and the Gulf.

We’re glad you enjoyed the condo and its beautiful pool and Gulf views, but we’re sorry the oven and bathroom vent were not working properly during your stay. We understand how frustrating that was after purchasing groceries to cook. We’ll make sure both items are addressed, while the hallway odors and elevator operation are managed by the resort’s HOA. Thank you for sharing your experience and for staying with Book That Condo.

Cons: The room smelled like a dead rat that maybe was in the air conditioning unit. We called to let them know and they put us off until the next day. We eventually got accustomed to the smell and it seemed to get a little better so we decided to deal with it because we figured it wouldn't be found. The two primary room beds were very very firm. The floor had not been mopped however it was swept. The parking at SOP is the worst parking of any place we have stayed. If you have a tiny car then you will do fine.Pros: It was clean over all and the unit had plenty of cook ware, however you may want to add some teaspoons. Furniture was fine and bedding was fine.

We appreciate the detailed feedback and are sorry the odor was not addressed more promptly after you contacted us. That is not the level of response we want guests to receive, and we will review the situation with our team. We’ll also share your comments regarding the floors, firm mattresses, and need for additional teaspoons with the owner and housekeeping staff. Parking at Shores of Panama is managed by the resort’s HOA, but we understand how the tight garage can affect the overall experience. Thank you for staying with Book That Condo and for letting us know where improvements are needed.

This condo is AMAZING! There are 2 Queen bed bedrooms, 1 king bed bedroom and a small bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds. The king bedroom and one Queen bedroom have on suite full bathrooms and the other full bathroom is in the bunk room, so you do have to go through a bedroom to get to all baths. No sofa beds. There are 2 reserved parking spots on the same level (floor 6) as the condo which is a HUGE convenience because no need for elevators. The wait for an elevator to get to the beach and/or pool is significant though. Since it's on the 6th floor, the stairs aren't that bad though. The condo was super clean and decorated nicely. There is nothing in the kitchen except dishes. No salt, pepper or anything like that so bring everything accordingly. The beds are comfortable and the location is right next to Pineapple Willys and a public beach access so the beach is a little crowded. There are buckets/toys for crab hunting and playing in the sand. The pool area is great. The condo door is right in front of an elevator which is convenient, but is private enough (hallway) where you aren't bothered by people waiting. I would definitely recommend and will book again!

Knowing you'd book with us again is the best compliment we could receive! We're thrilled the condo was such a great fit for your group and that the reserved parking, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches helped make your stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciate you mentioning the starter kitchen setup, as that information is helpful for future guests planning their trip. Thank you for choosing Book That Condo, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another beach vacation!
