This spacious apartment offers plenty of room for up to 4 people. It features two separate bedrooms and a cosy living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Here you’ll also find a pull-out sofa and a dining table for shared meals or relaxing evenings.
From the living area, you have direct access to the balcony—perfect for enjoying fresh air or unwinding at the end of the day.
Two modern showers and two separate bathrooms provide added comfort, especially when the apartment is occupied by several people.



Welcome to the Simona Apartment Building!

The building is located in the Lärchenwiese area of Maurach on Lake Achensee in a very quiet setting—the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. We’re only about a 10-minute walk from the town centre and Lake Achensee. 
The Achensee holiday region offers plenty of recreational activities year-round.
In winter, you can enjoy the extensive cross-country ski trails or take advantage of the ideal conditions in the three family-friendly ski areas.
In summer, the Karwendel and Rofan Mountains, with their numerous hiking trails, and of course Lake Achensee, invite you to go boating, sailing, windsurfing, and swimming. If the lake is too cold for you, you can visit the Atoll Recreation Centre, which features an indoor pool, sauna, climbing gym, and fitness centre.

On-site costs: Basic Information • The entire facility is designed as an apartment complex, meaning there is no permanent staff on site, and our guests are responsible for themselves and other family members during their stay. • Since there is no permanent front desk in the building, please call about 1 hour before arrival. • Each apartment has only one parking space. • All areas of the building are non-smoking. • Pets are not allowed in our apartments.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
