Sie bekommen an anbei nochmals ein Schreiben von uns, aus dem sie entnehmen können, dass wir hier sehr unzufrieden waren und dass wir die gebuchte Villa nicht erhalten haben, sondern eine Ersatz Villa, die viel schlechter war zu dem gleichen Preisen. Wir wollen 50 % und so unseres Betrages zurück.
