Leichte Verbesserungsvorschläge

Ein Sonnenschutz auf dem Balkon wäre wünschenswert, um den schönen Balkon besser nutzen zu können. Im ansonsten schönen und sauberen Bad kommt es leider durch einen vorhandenen aber nicht benötigten Waschmaschinenabfluss zu wiederkehrenden Geruchsbelästigungen. Ansonsten ideale Wohnung für 2 Personen.

Kann den Vermietservice Krebs nur weiterempfehlen, sehr zuvorkommend. Kleine Wohnung, sehr wohl durchdacht mit jeglichem Inventsr. Super bequemes Bett. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Würde immer wieder hinfahren
