Villa Paola is a modern, spacious holiday home located 2 km above Makarska in a small hamlet of Kotišina.

Surrounded by a botanical garden, next to the source of Biokovo water, Villa Paola offers breathtaking views of the sea and nearby islands, a private pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness, games room. It comfortably sleeps 6 people, perfect for a relaxing holiday with friends and family.

The house consists of ground floor and first floor, where there are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one triple room, 4 bathrooms, 3 with shower and one with bathtub.
On the ground floor you will find a bright and very excellent, fully functional kitchen. The living room is very elegant and offers everything you need for entertainment, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning.
From the living room there is a beautiful terrace with a swimming pool, barbecue, deck chairs, umbrellas and a dining table. There you can enjoy the day on comfortable sun loungers or refresh yourself in the outdoor shower before jumping into the pool.
The villa as a special highlight complete wellness center - gym with the latest equipment for lifting weights, sauna that emits medicinal ions and has a built-in ozonate O3 and Jacuzzi with speakers.
On the ground floor there is also a bank safe that offers additional security for personal belongings, maximally secure with a code that you can choose yourself.
In addition, fun lovers can play billiards, table football, darts or even dance and practice on a pole.

Sommerurlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und alles ist wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter geben auch vor Ort einige Tips und Empfehlungen für Restaurants oder Aktivitäten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
