Our holiday home offers everything you need for a wonderful stay. The air-conditioned cottage features three bedrooms that sleep up to 6 people, a bathroom and a guest bathroom, a cosy living room with a large seating area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with a breathtaking view of the lake. Here, you can feel completely at home and simply unwind.

From your own detached house, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding nature! With approximately 450 square metres of property, a south-facing terrace, and a south-facing balcony, you’ll find an oasis of relaxation and tranquility here. Our smoke-free home is perfect for up to 6 guests and offers 75 square metres of living space across three floors to make your stay unforgettable.

Inside the house, you’ll find air conditioning for cooling and heating, as well as free Wi-Fi for browsing the web and checking email. And best of all: With our digital door lock, you can check in and out at any time without needing to exchange keys.

On the lawn with a lake view, you can relax in the seating area on the sun terrace or curl up with a book. Deck chairs invite you to soak up the sun, and a Weber charcoal grill is ready for you to enjoy a barbecue evening with friends and family.

Inside, you’ll find a cosy living room with a large seating area and a smart TV for streaming films and TV shows. With a Wii console and plenty of games for all ages, there’s something for gaming enthusiasts, too. A wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere, and the large dining table seats 6 people; a high chair for the little ones is also available.

In the kitchen, you’ll find everything your heart desires: an induction cooktop, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, hand mixer, baking and casserole dishes, electric kettle, and plenty of dishes and glasses. For a great cup of coffee, a Senseo pod machine and a drip coffee maker are at your disposal.

The bathroom and guest bathroom each feature a sink and toilet and are both equipped with a towel warmer and natural light.

The three bedrooms offer a total of 6 beds: two bedrooms have a double bed, and one bedroom has two single beds. Each bed has an USB outlet. The two bedrooms in the attic each have an additional sink and direct access to the south-facing balcony. A cot is available for the little ones.



We want to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible, so we’ve put together a few important tips for you:

Please remember to bring your own bed linens and towels, or conveniently order them in advance during online check-in. In addition, the municipality of Kirchheim charges a bed tax of 1.00 euro per person per night, which you’ll pay during online check-in.
During online check-in, ID verification (photo of your ID + selfie) is required.

To do our part for the environment, we use only green electricity from TÜV Süd-certified sources. Electricity costs for heating and hot water are not included in the booking price and are billed based on usage at 0.50 euros per kWh. A deposit for electricity is required during online check-in.

If you’d like to use the wood-burning stove, please remember to bring your own firewood or purchase it at one of the nearby supermarkets, such as Rewe in Kirchheim.

Our holiday home is a smoke-free property. If the no-smoking rule is violated, we will have to perform a deep cleaning, which will be billed at an additional cost of at least 250 euros. Please keep this in mind during your stay.
