IMPORTANT TO NOTE
-No parties or events without prior approval
-House rules are strictly enforced.
-We allow up to one pet for an additional $150 fee, per stay. Pet must be accounted for in the reservation and fee must be paid prior to check-in. If a pet that was not accounted or paid for is found on the property during or after your stay we reserve the right to charge a $500 fee.
-Not completing the required ID verification and rental agreement process within 48 hours of booking may result in cancellation of the reservation and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
-We will do everything within our power to fix anything that arises during your stay, but we will not offer a refunds
-We are not responsible for utility interruptions due to weather.
-There is an additional fee added to the reservation for a guest count over 6. That fee is $25 per night, per person.
-There may be guests staying below you on the bottom floor. Please respect them by ensuring noise is kept under control, especially during the quiet hours of 10pm-7am. If there is more than 1 noise complaint during your stay, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your reservation with no refund. At which time you will be required to leave the property.
