This is about a house for resting and a suitable housing unit for children with swing and playhouse.
The private fenced property offers you 3 free parking spaces and terraces, partially covered, where you can sit in the lounge furniture and enjoy an aperitif or normal garden furniture to have a relaxed breakfast outside. The sun loungers also invite you to swim and tan in the sun. Inside you can expect a modern interior with some cozy furniture to escape the heat of the summer a bit.
In the surrounding area, you can visit the canyon on the Zrmanje River and try your hand at rafting or explore the area on the cycling and hiking trails. This region is surrounded by five beautiful national parks: Kornati, Plitvice Lakes, Krka, Paklenica and North Velebit. In addition, there are three amazing nature parks: Tela??ica, Velebit and Vransko Lake. Numerous natural beauties, sights and attractions will make your holiday varied and close to nature.
