Do not like posting negative reviewPro's. Good location, parking. Easy beach access. Good floorplan. Good towels and linens. Con's. ROACHES! Kitchen, living room, hall closet. After 2 daymanagement sprayed "kitchen area" so the insects move to living room and hall closet. So gross. Stored food in refrigerator. Really random dishes scattered throughout cabinets. Mostly 1980's footed glasses, barwear and super scraped up pans. No normal glasses. Not a single storage container or serving dish. Nothing with a lid. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dishwasher door broken. Silk plants/fake lanterns stuffed under the sink. Living room. Loveseat stained, seats broken down to the point my 230 lb 6 ft husband sat right through to the floor. Recliner is wobbly with big hair grease stain. Also sat out. Both Tv's a minimum 10 years old. Basic DISH. No streaming. Does not function well. Master bPro's. Lots and lots of bedding. (Stuffed in closet). Cons. Master bedroom queen mattress completely slept out and saggy. Like a taco. Carpet looks newer, so dirty it crunched and was sticky. We laid down towels to walk on it. Hair under the screen in shower, did not drain. Had to clean. Shower door seal shot. Door leaks a lot. Put down 2 bath towels to catch the overflow. 2nd bedroom ok. 2nd bath shower head. Low flow, mineral clogged. Not enough pressure to wash hair, all had to share mbr shower. We contacted maintenance in arrival. No response until included pictures of roaches. So disappointed.
