Villa Cielo y Mar sits high above the exclusive villa urbanisation of Cala Llamp, an exclusive villa area with an international reputation. The high-quality interior is interspersed with numerous small treasures from other cultures, each with an interesting story to tell. Up to 12 people will find unique places to enjoy the dignified luxury that the villa so richly offers.

The south-west facing hillside plot allows the island of Ibiza to be seen on the horizon on a clear day.

This luxury property is surrounded by nature and the sea. Large parts of the terrace are protected by a movable awning. The house's own wine cellar has a fine selection of fine wines and behind a Chinese door from the 19th century is the house bar. The outdoor kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. All bedrooms and bathrooms have a 180 degree sea view. The two spacious and extraordinarily discreet master bedrooms each have a dressing room, a bathroom en suite and a private sun terrace. Additional facilities: heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room.

To Port de Andratx you drive about 3 minutes to the beach club below the villa you drive about 2 minutes. To Palma you drive approx. 25 minutes and to the airport approx. 30 minutes.
