It has 6 doble bedrooms with private bathroom (two extra single bed available for children). Each room can be converted into doble bed or twin bed, and it is fully equipped (TV, satellite channel, safe, hair dryer, complimentary soap and shampoo, bath towels, pool towels, bed sheets, and extra pillow). It counts with a spacious living and dining room with a open concept kitchen. You can also enjoy de living and dining area outdoors under the large porch facing de long pool, cooking a delicious barbacue, and having a quiet siesta. You can get to the beach and the main shopping and restaurant area within walking distance from the villa.

Ideal villa for a family

We had 2 weeks there--first week with friends---good but not quite the quality for the price but 2nd week was young family so pool & toys were needed It is a bit tired in parts--needs a new BBQ and the oven must be 20+ as no grill or temp lights and work tops well worn ---needs an update

Nice Location

Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Es hat alles gepasst: eine schöne Villa, Platz für gemeinsame aber auch ruhige Momente, Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in 5 Min. und zu Fuß in 15-20 Min. erreichbar, freundlicher Empfang mit Verpflegung für den ersten Tag, damit wir erst einmal in Ruhe ankommen konnten! Vielen herzlichen Dank! We enjoyed the time. Everything was fine: a beautiful villa, space for common but also quiet moments, restaurants, bars and supermarkets can be reached by car in 5 minutes and on foot in 15-20 minutes, friendly welcome with meals for the first day, so we could arrive once in peace! Many many thanks!

Schöne, modern eingerichtete Villa mit weitläufiger Außenanlage und Pool

Wir waren als 14-köpfige Gruppe für eine Woche in der Villa und uns es gefiel es sehr gut! Gerade der Außenbereich bietet Platz um sich die Zeit mit Tischtennis oder anderen sportlichen Aktivitäten vertreiben zu können. Außerdem lädt der Grill zu abendlichen Barbecues ein. Rundum hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und würden die Villa jedem weiter empfehlen.

Fabulous house, beautifully specified and gorgeous pool

Enjoyed our family holiday here, the house made it extra special. Air conditioning was a must during the very hot summer. Location is quiet and residential with a short walk to nearest beach and snack bar. To get to main town it takes about 20mins to walk but in the heat of August that was quite a struggle during the day. Pool was clean and well kept - added bonus is that it’s salt water filtered. Hosts were very attentive and responded immediately to any questions or support required. Highly recommended.

Out of this world ! Best villa ever stayed in!

Without a doubt the most luxurious villa on the island. The villa is perfectly furnished , very spacious and Is matched with the outdoor facilities .the pool and football area have all you need for during the day . Whilst a fully equipped bbq and cooking area have all you need for the evenings. Lisa and Carlos couldn’t have been more helpful, would definitely book again !

Superb family holiday in a luxury villa

My family and I have just returned from 10 days at the villa - we all agreed that the villa and the management were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for Lisa from the minute we made the booking to the end of the holiday. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady called Sue who made sure we were settled in. We were provided with more than just the basics which we really appreciated after a long day of travelling with 2 babies and 2 4 year old's. The villa is really amazing - modern with just about every mod con you can think of including decent wifi through to baby equipment. I have nothing but praise for this lovely holiday home and would highly recommend it to family and friends. Thank you again Lisa and Sue - we will certainly be returning!

Great Modern Villa. Excellent Facilities

What a great house in a lovely area that was close to everything. We were three families: grandparents, plus two families of four with the four grandchildren ranging in ages from 4 months to 19 years. The house was perfect for us and the equipment and facilities that were provided ensured that no-one ever had to feel bored. In addition to the wonderful pool, we had football, table tennis, basketball, and volleyball to keep us all busy. In addition, the villa had quality mountain bikes and a couple of scooters. Inside, the playstation was well used and the kiddies toy box raised a few 'wowees' from an exited toddler. The villa was very well equipped and we were able too cook and have barbecues. Our overall impression was clean and comfortable. Sue was lovely and made sure we were ok on arrival with a very nice welcome package of food. This was very much appreciated. We would have no hesitation recommending this villa to our families and friends. Thank you Lisa and Sue for a wonderful week.

Beautiful villa. Exceeded expectations!

The villa was picture perfect and everything had been thought of. It catered perfectly for a group of 8 adults 4 children and 2 babies. The pool was beautifully clean and the grass area with football pitch and table tennis etc kept the kids and men happy! Only a mile walk to the beach, shops and the restaurants, it was lovely to have a quite chilled location to relax. Lisa and Sue were there to meet us and were extremely friendly and welcoming nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this villa and would love to visit it again! Thank you we all had an amazing holiday to remember forever!

EXCEPCIONAL VILLA Y LOCALIZACION. IDEAL FAMILIAS.

Hemos pasado una semana maravillosa con la familia en esta villa. Todo está perfectamente equipado, nuevo y limpio. Tiene una zona de juego ideal para divertirse pequeños y mayores (futbol, basket, pin pon, etc.). La ubicación es perfecta, en un vecindario tranquilo. Se puede llegar a pie a la playa y restaurantes. El trato de Lisa y Sue maravilloso, muy atento en todo lo que hemos necesitado. Muy recomendable. Esperamos poder volver.

Außerhalb des Trubels

Wir haben zu 11 Personen eine Woche lang in dem Haus gewohnt und die Zeit wirklich genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut und ruhig gelegen, großzügig geschnitten und gut aufgeteilt. Alles passt, vor allem der Pool und der kleine, aber völlig ausreichende Garten mit sämtlichen Sportutensilien. Man kann dort sehr gut grillen, die Küche bietet ausreichend Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Zum Ortszentrum, zum Strand, zum großen Einkaufsladen sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto oder 15-20 min zu Fuß. Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Santa Ponca und hatten zu Beginn einige Fragen. Die Vermieterin war immer, zuverlässig erreichbar und hat uns sehr gut betreut. Vielleicht noch eine Anmerkung: Ich fand das Haus sehr hellhörig, aber es ist eine Geschmacksache. Insgesamt, ein sehr schönes Domizil für eine Großfamilie oder paar Pärchen.

Absolutely fantastic!

Totally matched even exceeded our expectations, had a fantastic time. Our children were fully catered for, in the kids play area had hours of fun, especially my boy absolutely loved the football pitch. The swimming pool was maintained in perfect conditions at all times, as was the villa in itself. No negatives to say about anything!! Can’t thank Lisa enough for all her attention and help that she gave to us before and on arrival. Will definitely be staying again, my family and I would highly recommend this villa to others. It is also very well located being only 5 minutes away from all the shops, restaurants, bars and beach. A big thank you on behalf of me and my family!!!!

Wonderful home for large families

We had a wonderful one week family reunion. The description of the location, layout and facilities was very accurate. The property was clean and well maintained.customer service was excellent. One of the rooms could not be used due to repairs that were being made to the bathroom, it was not a problem as one of our party did not come but it should be solved. We mostly went to beaches nearby and far and had a wonderful time.Would definitely recommend this property to friends or relatives.
