Horse property with indoor & outdoor arenas. Hosted horses or privacy. Flexible!

2 bedrooms on main floor and 3 bedrooms for the beautiful day light basement that walks straight out to the horses and hot tub. 2 living rooms, 1 full kitchen upstairs and breakfast bar downstairs. Hosted horse lessons or bring your own! Hot tub, volleyball net, fire pit, balcony deck overlooking the entire property with outdoor furniture and bbq. Small indoor arena or great size for weddings or special events. RV parking / horse trailer parking. 1 - 2 full RV hookup available as well. Huge outdoor arena with bright LED lights. 8 dry lots with automatic waters. We also offer the entire package as far as amenities. Clean home and 2 built in Kennels in the home. This is a full horse facility so there will be maintenance everyday by us but also plenty of privacy for your family and friends. Please call me for more flexibility we can offer any guest. 2 minutes from freeway, 5 minutes to town, 1 hour to Boise, very quiet ranch life but close to everything.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at this property. The host is excellent with communications, and a personal tour upon arrival, as it is a working horse boarding property. Our kids enjoyed petting, feeding, and talking with the horses, and a baby calf along with the host. This is out of city limits, so you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets along with cool evenings breeze. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook meals as well. Thanks Heather, would definitely stay again!

I am a world show finalist and a national champion with horses both in show jumping and in western reining. I have also done drill team, trail riding and much more, I encourage my riders to be very versatile in many events. I am also a property manager professionally and I take pride in cleanliness and my home . We are located close to the freeway and only 5 minutes to town. We are very flexible for guests.

You won’t find a better host or a cleaner property with lots of flexibility. Ranch life with horses, cows and chickens. Dog friendly for good dogs.
