To know before booking:

Extra heating costs to be paid locally depending on the time of year.

On arrival you will be required to pay the following extra costs:

-Stay tax 1€ per person over 14 years old

-Final cleaning, laundry and anti covid-19 sanitation charges: 120€.

-Heating, when necessary: 10€ per day

-Guests are asked for a deposit of 200 € to be paid on site and returned on departure

-For check-in after 19.00 hours there is an extra fee of 20 €.

The charming flat is ideal for families with children, but also for those who wish to enjoy the charm of our Lake in complete relaxation.

The apartment is available both in the summer period, being equipped with air conditioning, and in the winter period, being equipped with heating.

The flat will be sanitized with alcohol and chlorine-based products as required by the DPCM, respecting the anti-COVID guidelines and protocols dictated by the state. In addition, at each new arrival, a CERTIFIED SANITIZATION will be carried out with an ozone generator which inactivates the virus and bacilli at 99.9%.
