Enjoy the outdoors with family and friends. This recently updated two-bedroom two bath condo is centrally located in the heart of Lake Cumberland. A private, gated community conveniently at the ENTRANCE TO LAKE CUMBERLAND STATE RESORT PARK! Also, minutes from Wolf Creek Dam and downtown Jamestown. Fish, hike, swim in the heated pool, play basketball, tennis, or pickleball all while staying in the Apple Valley Resort! Your 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo awaits! Minimum two- night stay required.

The second bedroom upstairs has two single beds which is great for kids!
The upstairs offers a Jack n’ Jill shared bath, so you do not have to walk through your guest's space for bathroom access.
Linens and Towels provided to accommodate six. Bring beach towels! There will be a starter amount of paper towels, toilet paper, soap products, and trash bags for your convenience.
SORRY: NO Smoking in condos or balconies - Our condo is 100% Smoke Free.
NO Pets.
NO Fish cleaning in condo.
Resort offers laundry facility at clubhouse.
The Apple Valley Resort offers a pool, play set, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts onsite. Also fire pits and grills by the clubhouse and pool.
For Boaters, there is boat parking inside the gated community and a fish cleaning station.
Pool OPENS May 16th through Labor Day.
