The house was beautiful and very clean and updated. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and 2 toddlers. Host was quick to answer questions and super helpful!

This place was amazing! The hosts were great communicators! This place was so comfortable and very spacious for our party of 8. Everyone commented on how awesome the beds were, and how we all loved the sheets and soft blankets! It was a great location for a group of us going to a Des Moines University reunion. We toured our old stomping grounds on Ingersoll bars and restaurants. Near downtown for the Farmers Market and breweries. Played pickle ball at Striking Sparrow if you love shady courts and a dive bar (which our group did)! Would definitely recommend this place. Thanks again! -Maria

HOSTS BEWARE OF RACHEL! She looks for minor issues like a drain that was slow and I came immediately and cleaned out the strainer and she then tried to extort us for $750 for her to leave a good review even though she even said during her stay that it was a very nice place and they were loving it. So don’t let her book your place or she may try to get a free stay from you as well. VRBO actually told me that she was practicing extortion and assured me they don’t allow that and will take action against her. Hopefully they will and no other hosts will be threatened by her and her group looking for free stays.
