Hübsche Wohnung ohne Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist hübsch und sieht genau so aus, wie im Inserat. Die Betten sind komfortabel und das Mobiliar ist neu und in bestem Zustand. Was allerdings nicht so schön ist, ist die fehlende Aussicht. Aus der Küche schaut man auf eine Wand, aus anderen Räumen in Hinterhöfe oder zwischen die anderen Gebäude. Das WLAN ist schwach. Es gab nur einen Wohnungsschlüssel, der Treppenaufgang ist sehr steil und die Wohnungstür, eher eine Zimmertür, besteht nur aus leichtem Holz, das in der oberen Hälfte zum größten Teil mit sechs Glasscheiben unterbrochen ist. Diese leichte, transparente Wohnungstür trägt nicht gerade zu einem Sicherheitsgefühl bei. Dieses Unbehagen wird durch das Licht auf dem Flur außerhalb der Wohnung verstärkt, das durch einen Bewegungsmelder ständig angeht - auch während der Nacht. Dieses Licht erhellt dann durch das Glas in der Wohnungstür auch den Wohnungsflur und damit auch das Schlafzimmer, das ebenfalls nur eine Glastür hat. Der Holzboden mit Venylbelag federt und hat keine Trittschalldämmung, sodass jeder Schritt ungebremst weitergegeben wird. Die Ausstattung ist ok, nur das Spülbecken ist viel zu tief und um am Herd unter der Dachschräge aufrecht stehen zu können, sollte man kleiner als 1,60 Meter sein. Insgesamt okay, für Lage und Gesamtpaket aber zu teuer.
