Katastrophe

Ich kann die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Diese waren auch der Grund, dass ich mich mit meiner Familie für dieses Haus entschieden hatte. Beim Betreten des Gartens schlug uns ein unerträglicher Gestank entgegen. Ausgehend von einer nicht geleerten Biomülltonne voller Maden. Der Garten mit Terrasse machte einen absolut verwahrlosten Eindruck. Vom Dach hing ein loses Metallteil. Die Gartenstühle waren defekt und nicht benutzbar. Im Haus leere Weinflaschen etc. . Ich rief die Vermieterin daraufhin an und forderte Sie auf vorbeizukommen. Dies wurde abgelehnt. Der Aufforderung Fotos zu senden sind wir selbstverständlich nachgekommen. Effekt gleich Null. Um 19:30 H fragte Sie nach ob wir abreisen möchten. Das war schon eine Ungeheuerlichkeit. Die Beschreibung des Hauses entspricht in keiner Weise der Wirklichkeit. Am darauffolgenden Tag teilte ich der Vermieterin mit, dass wir eine andere Unterkunft beziehen werden. Das Angebot jemanden vorbeizuschicken zur „Begutachtung“ lehnten wir ab da wir schon genug Zeit verloren hatten. Einsicht zeigte die Vermieterin nicht.

es tut uns unendlich leid, dass es dieser Gästin bei uns nicht gefallen hat. Anhand der Bewertungen die die Dame selbst erhalten hat kann man jedoch entnehmen, dass sie dieses Problem öfter zu haben scheint und offenbar nur zum Nörgeln in Urlaub fährt. Wie schade....Wir wünschen ihr dennoch alles Gute
