Beautiful home. Plenty of space. Quite neighborhood. Very nice covered back porch/yard. Close to all amenities, and everyone in Licking are so nice. Montauk State Park is a close drive. So is Paddy Creek and it is a treasure too. Everyone will be happy with this home, especially families.
