Conveniently situated close to Downtown, the Texas Medical Center, major sports stadiums, University of Houston, TSU, Rice University, Galveston, Hobby Airport, and Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Fully furnished with WiFi, Ethernet port, and a 50" Smart Roku TV. Features AC & heating, an in-unit washer/dryer, a full kitchen, and an office desk. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, pots, pans, and cooking spices. Complimentary coffee and water are provided.

Guests will have complete access to the 8 entire units and all of their 
amenities including the shared patios.

1) Additional Pet Fees Required. Please Inquire for Info!
2) FREE Washer & Dryer - in unit. Please bring your own detergent for use.
3) TV Entertainment: Our property features Roku TVs. Guests are required to download the Roku remote app on their smartphone to access streaming services and channels. Detailed instructions will be included in check-in instructions.
