The check in was smooth. Unfortunately, upon arriving to the room- we need see the previous guest’s underwear left behind and also their lash extensions. We did inform the general manager regarding that issue and they did immediately remove the items out of the hotel. Besides that, it was a simple process. The hotel was exactly was what describes online

Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
This is a hotel. It does not belong on VRBO. It does not say it is a hotel. It is a lower quality hotel. If I wanted a hotel I wouldn't look at VRBO. My room was on the 3rd floor. It was being renovated. Areas of the hallway had no carpet. Walls were partially painted. Yellow caution tape was everywhere. Workers left equipment lying around. They were sanding, painting, scraping as I walked down the hall. They acted like I wasn't there. Just kept doing there job. The room was in need of updating. Coffee supplies left in a pile on the counter and were minimal.
