This was a very misleading ad… it says “water park access, a “rare” find - “exclusive” access to water park attractions.” That was not the case, at all. Not even a pool at this particular hotel or discounts or access to another close by. Very scammy. This was not a condo or something. It’s a third party company, booking hotel rooms. Thank God I had called on my way to confirm they had the correct room for us, let alone a room in general. The front desk told me these kinds of companies use VRBO to book a room but don’t even have access to the hotel inventory and they get over booked all the time. Then the room itself reeked of pet urine. I know it’s a pet friendly hotel. But if it’s left that bad then either get it professionally cleaned or replace the whole carpet. It was super nauseating every time we were in the room. Front desk staff was very friendly but management should really look into the cleanliness of rooms. It’s borderline hazardous to be in those rooms smelling all that pneumonia from the pee… just be aware of what you’re getting into. I was tricked into the cheap “new property” discount.
