This beautiful, recently renovated Norman holiday home is on an enclosed plot, 2nd line behind the dunes. Only a few steps away from a beautiful sandy beach, you are offered a high level of living comfort that combines modernity and elegance of bygone times. The light-flooded and spacious living area with direct access to a spacious, west-facing terrace is particularly pleasant. Old Norman furniture, beautiful pieces from the antique shop and original, modern decorative elements are tastefully combined here. With its large fireplace (wood provided) and its separate TV room, this house is not only ideal for long summer vacations, but also for shorter off-season stays and even for a home office in an iodine environment. On the small, east-facing terrace, which is equipped with a table, you can enjoy the sunny morning hours.

Vacances normandes

Malgré la météo catastrophique de cette semaine nous avons réellement apprécié le gite, de part ca position proche de la mer ainsi que les environs de Granville et les iles Chausey que nous avons pu découvrir. Une belle aventure à répéter avec une meilleure météo.

Perfecte locatie jammer van ontvangst

Ontvangst liep niet helemaal lekker. Wij moesten 2 uur van te voren mailen wanneer wij aankwamen.keurig gedaan.aangekomen op locatie was er niemand . 1 uur later kwam er iemand aanlopen. Geen excuses alsof het de gewoonste zaak van de wereld was. Wij uiteraard moe en wilde graag het huisje in. Na een half uur wachten de telefoonnummers gebeld die van de verhuurder zouden zijn. Helaas geen gehoor. Daarna gebeld met het noodnummer…nou je mocht geen nood hebben in het weekend dit nummer was alleen op werkdagen actief, Wij waren er al heel snel klaar mee. De dame die na een uur kwam heeft ons het huisje laten zien. Niet heel erg schoon maar alla..aan het einde vroeg ze ons om 500 euro contant voor borg. Dit heeft en niet in de advertentie gestaan en ook niet in onze overeenkomst..dus wij hebben dat niet betaald. Dus dame belde de verhuurder en dit duurde ook nog een een uur…niemand sprak Engels of Duits wat wel in de advertentie stond. Wij spreken alles behalve goed Frans …uiteindelijk konden wij blijven in het huis en hebben toch nog kunnen genieten van het huis en omgeving..het strand wat super mooi en schoon is is echt om de hoek. Via het strand of boulevard loop je sochtends heerlijk naar de bakker en er zijn er zelfs 2…er zitten ook 3 restaurants pizzeria en een friettent….klein supermarktje en een kledingzaakje…granville is echt de moeite waard..
