After the turn of the year 2021/22, the upper-floor apartment Lee Ost 2.4, along with all seven other units in the complex, was completely redesigned and equipped with modern maritime-style furniture and new kitchens.

The 30-square-meter unit combines the living, sleeping, and dining areas with a fully equipped kitchenette. This allows you to fully enjoy your time together as a couple. The living area is furnished with a high-quality double bed, a flat-screen TV, and a cosy dining nook. From the living/dining area, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, which offers a view of the greenery.

The bathroom features a nearly new shower.

Look forward to high-quality carpets, comfortable lounge wing chairs, white cabinetry with wood accents, and groups of artwork featuring regional motifs that adorn the living spaces of the Lee 2.0 residential complex. In addition to upholstered furniture in shades of grey, blue, and beige, colour accents in the form of painted walls in matching shades of reed, blue-gray, and sand add that special touch.
