Welcoming all travelers of the Greater Atlanta Area to my stylishly decorated home!
This newly renovated 1700 sqft home is unique and perfect for multi-family and/or long-term business stays. The home boasts a private entrance, renovated kitchen, full set of appliances (washers/dryers, range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, A/C, etc) and private driveway for 2+ cars.
Strict on GUEST COUNT and NO SMOKING!
Spacious 4-Bedroom, 7-Bed, 2-Full Bath Home:
Enjoy the comfort of an entire home featuring a luxurious King bedroom with an ensuite bath, an additional King bedroom and a third bedroom with a queen bed. This layout is ideal for families, groups or business professionals who value both space and privacy while traveling together.
There are a total of 5 TVs. 1 in the living room and all 4 of the bedrooms.
We are located 12 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to downtown Atlanta.
Approximately 18-22 minutes from the Georgia aquarium and Mercedes Benz stadium/ State Farm arena.
I kindly ask that you observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment is greatly appreciated.
Please no incense, candles or open flames in or around the household.
Smoking inside will result in a $500 fee.
Maximum of 8 guests on property at one time.
