The Space:

Soft evening light settles over the patio as the pool mirrors the sky, inviting a quiet moment outdoors or a relaxed swim after a day of adventure. Inside, the gentle hum of a game in progress blends with the openness of the living spaces, creating an easy rhythm for gathering, unwinding, and sharing laughter. Whether you’re gathering around the dining table, challenging friends at the pool table, or finding a cozy corner upstairs, the home balances connection and comfort for every guest.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms accommodate up to 12 guests with a mix of king beds, queen beds, and twin bunk beds. A downstairs bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. Upstairs, additional king and queen bedrooms provide comfortable sleep spaces, some with their own ensuite baths and one with direct balcony access. The bunk room offers two twin bunk beds, perfect for shared sleeping.



Bathrooms

Five full bathrooms serve the home, combining ensuite and shared facilities. Bathroom essentials and fresh towels are provided for each stay.



Living spaces

Two distinct living areas give flexibility for both socializing and quiet downtime. The main‑level living room flows into a dining space, while an upstairs loft offers a tranquil spot for reading or relaxing. Large windows flood the interiors with natural light.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen supplies everything needed to prepare meals, from casual breakfasts to shared dinners. A dining table inside seats the group, and additional outdoor seating lets you enjoy meals on the patio or balcony.



Entertainment

The converted garage houses a game room equipped with a pool table, game console, and other activities, while a separate billiard lounge adds another arena for friendly competition. A TV and reliable Wi‑Fi keep you connected and entertained.



Outdoor living

Step onto the patio or balcony to find a sparkling pool and hot tub that can be enjoyed year‑round. A backyard fire pit creates a cozy gathering spot for evenings, and a BBQ grill is ready for outdoor cooking. Free on‑site parking and a private entrance add convenience.



Practical amenities

Air conditioning, heating, a washer, dryer, and Wi‑Fi support both short and long stays. Self check‑in with a smart lock makes arrival effortless, and long‑term stays are welcomed.



Location

Nestled within Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, the home sits in a gated community known for its golf courses and easy access to nearby restaurants, parks, and entertainment. Water parks and outdoor activities are just a short drive away, offering plenty of options for family fun and relaxation.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
