LOCATION! The View of the Bay is stunning, watching the cruise ships come in and out. $5 uber ride to the Marina or Downtown, Costco right across the highway along with two fantastic grocery stores

What makes this property unique

From the rooftop we can watch a sunrise and a sunset- the outdoor living is by far the very best
