Get married, &/or GET AWAY; have your family reunion, reception and or workshop all at Franklin House Historic railroad boutique hotel w/ uniquely stylish vibe. 1st floor:: Lobby w/ baby grand, fireplace & gracious staircase, Banquet room w/ catering kitchen & 2 bathrooms. fully furnished apartment (w/ queen ensuite bedroom & full convertible couch in living room) & 2 ensuite rooms, all with modern bathrooms. 2nd floor: Sitting room w/ fridge, microwave, keurig, Healing Room and 6 ensuite rooms with clawfoot tubs/shower extensions and one common walk-in shower. Essential oil infused bath salts are provided. In addition to central heat & air throughout the building all 2nd floor rooms are augmented with a bathroom heater and wall ac/heat unit. Courtyard w/ grill and parking in back. Walk to restaurants, shops, Vintage Texaco & Cowan Railroad Museum! The railroad town of Cowan is the real small town America deal!
