Arranged on the first floor, it enjoys panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. The house consists of large living area, master bedroom with attached bathroom, second bedroom, 2 further bathrooms, large covered veranda with outdoor furniture. The villa has another bedroom with two beds and bathroom, with independent access from the house. Large outdoor spaces with garden, lawn and swimming pool for exclusive use with barbecue area. Children under 10 years are not allowed.
