The villa Casa Vilamoura is ideal for families or large groups and is situated in a residential area of Vilamoura, close to two golf courses. The 250 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in all bedrooms (but not in the living/dining room), heating, a washing machine as well as a TV with a DVD player. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The pool area is surrounded by different fruit trees, grass and pretty flower beds. On the first floor there is also a large open terrace overlooking the residential area where the villa is located. There is a dining table next to the barbecue, as well as sun loungers and chairs for 8 people.
The golf courses Oceânico Old Course and Oceânico Pinhal are situated just a few metres from the villa. The marina and the beach of Vilamoura are a 2-minute drive away (approximately 3km).
A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.
