Whether you're visiting for skiing, hiking, fall foliage, or simply escaping to the cool mountain air, this home is your comfortable and stylish base in Beech Mountain, NC.

The home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably. The main level includes a king primary suite with a private ensuite, plus an open-concept great room and fully stocked kitchen designed for gathering. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each feature a twin-over-queen bunk bed, giving families and groups room to spread out. The spacious deck is the perfect place to take in the views, fire up the grill, or simply rock in the chairs and enjoy the mountain air.

Unlike many mountain homes, Overlook at Beech offers easy access with only two steps to enter, parking for 5-6 vehicles, and a 65" TV with Sonos sound bar in the great room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range with a griddle, a large island, and seating for 10 — ideal for big family breakfasts before a day on the slopes.

You'll be just minutes from the Beech Mountain ski slopes, hiking trails, local dining, and everything that makes the High Country special year-round.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used towels on the bathroom floor. Leave all sheets and bedding on the beds and beds unmade. The housekeeper will take care of this.
Load and start the dishwasher with the provided pods. Clean out all food and remove it from the premises.
Take out all trash and put it in the bear-proof trash receptacle at the road, and put up the red flag on the right side.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
