Why they chose this property

North Topsail Beach is such a great combination of beach vacation vibes with serenity! We have loved this part of the island for years now and patiently waited to find a home in just the right location on it. This is it! The beach is beautiful, big, not crowded like some of the other more "popular" beaches, and has restaurants and fun things to do nearby! Our private beach access is well maintained, gets you on the beach in a hop, skip, and a jump + you can you walk to two restaurants (both great in their own special way). If you fish the pier is a hotspot for this. If you don't, I would still encourage you to donate ($3) to it's cause and take a walk out on it to feel like you are in the middle of the ocean! Also nearby is Richard C Peters Town Park with tennis/basketball/volleyball courts, a trail where you can pop a kayak into the intracoastal, playground for the kids, and grab a cold treat at Bada Bing! We so hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

Our property is fresh, fun, and in a great location! It has touches of the coastal vibe, but not overwhelming where you feel like you are in a beach shop. It also has ocean views out almost every window and off the front and back deck so you can always get that refreshing feel that the water offers. Less than a minute walk and you are at the aqua colored private beach access. Total winner!
