The lower floor houses the garages and a game area that looks out to the beautiful pool, which is great for family fun in the sun. The main floor has an open room concept where the kitchen, living room, and dining area flow into each other. There is lots of comfortable seating, high ceilings, and a full wall of windows that showcase a bright screen porch and a huge deck that steps down to the pool. This floor has the beautifully appointed master bedroom suite, laundry room, and 2 large guest rooms with their own bathrooms. The top floor boasts a fantastic bridge overlooking the great room and 3 additional spacious bedroom suites. An elevator connects all three floors. With sandy beaches just a short walk away, whether at the beach or in the pool, this beach house will surely provide a dream vacation getaway!

Pool (25' x 15"): The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $300/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Pool Heat is not included in your VRBO total and must be requested and paid for after booking.
