You will have NO WORRIES at this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin when you book it for your Lake Martin vacation! It has a fenced backyard that is perfect for pets and outdoor fun! No Worries has a dedicated boat slip and is right next to Chuck's!

This 3 story home is situated just off of Centerport Road in Dadeville and is great for folks traveling together that enjoy lots of space! The main level has a queen bedroom with a full bathroom, dining area with open kitchen, and a sunroom where you can lounge and enjoy the breathtaking view of the water. Head upstairs to find a king primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that has a freestanding shower and separate tub. The basement is the place to be with a full/full bunk room with a full bathroom, a wet bar, and a living area with a queen sofa bed!

When it's time to head to the lake, you will exit the lower level walkout patio area into the fully fenced backyard that is ideal for a couple of pups. There are stairs heading down to a swimming area and to a boat dock with a dedicated slip for this home. Got a hankering for pizza? You are right next to Chuck's so be sure to stop in and grab a bite and a beverage!

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Lake Martin Vibe Realty is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

**HOUSE RULES**
Exterior cameras may be in use.
No renters under the age of 25.
Sleeping occupancy shall not exceed 10 people.
NO SMOKING! If evidence of smoking is found, you will be charged a $1000 fine.
Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.
All trash MUST be bagged and placed in cans at the end of the driveway.
Do not use bath towels for lake activities.
You MUST pick up after your pets! Dispose of all waste In the trashcans outside.

Wonderful Lakeside Treehouse

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was easy to book and access even through we arrived late in the day. It sits perched above the lake near Chuck's Marina. The enclosed den off the main floor felt like we were in a tree house. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds comfortable. Its location provides easy access to Chucks as well as Niffer's and other dining options in Dadeville. Importantly for those with pets it includes a fenced backyard. Great family stay with our pets.

Beautiful home. Easy check in. Perfect location. Incredible views. Just a few recommendations would be hand soap and hand towels in the half bath as well as sheets on bed in main floor and master and coffee mugs in the kitchen
