Verification steps require the guest to provide their contact details, a valid ID, and authorization for an $800 hold for the security deposit.

Security Deposit: A refundable $800 security deposit is required to cover any potential damages. If no damage is reported, the hold will be released after your departure.
Processing may take up to 14 days, depending on your credit card provider.
