The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people - ideal for a family escape. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls)with a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan, a TV as well as children's books and toys.
The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony. On the terrace, the view is breathtaking - this is the perfect spot to relax, take in the sea air and enjoy dining outside with your loved ones. There is also an outdoor shower for those returning from the beach.
The house is 100-150m from the beach and within 150m there are bars, kiosks, a pharmacy, restaurants and an ATM. By ferry/catamaran guests can reach Malta - every hour and a half a catamaran leaves for Malta. The owner will leave indications for nearby tourist attractions. In the province recommended visits to Modica and Ragusa and the Scicli of Montalbano. In 3 hours by car, guests can reach the valley of the temples of Agrigento, and the Etna temples in 2.5hrs In the province excursions to Modica and Ragusa and the Scicli of Montalbano are recommended. The free beach is clean and cared for, and privacy is guaranteed; in a specific area, it is possible to practice kitesurfing, surfing, and windsurfing (there are school and bathing services). The 7 km of coastline is ideal for jogging along to the ancient "Ulysses Port" mentioned by Cicero and the natural oasis of the Marshes, the landing place of the Roman era where a Byzantine ship has surfaced.
