Relax in this spacious waterfront retreat with Gulf access and a private dock. The enclosed pool overlooks a huge backyard with massive oak trees and water on two sides of the home. Inside features bright coastal decor and plenty of room for everyone. Kids have tons of games and space to play, while evenings are perfect for sunset views and gathering around the wood or propane fire pits. The property features 4 bedrooms - 1 King, 2 Queens, a Queen over Queen bunk bed, as well as a loft with a Queen size sofa bed.

The home features spacious living areas, soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and stunning water views from nearly every room.The thoughtfully designed floor plan provides versatility for families of all sizes, including a well-appointed in-law suite that is perfect for multi-generational living or hosting guests. The gourmet kitchen, elegant primary suite, and expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces create an ideal setting for both everyday living and entertaining.Outside, the beautifully landscaped grounds, private dock, pool, and multiple outdoor gathering areas provide a true Florida lifestyle experience. Mature oak trees and waterfront vistas create a The home was thoughtfully stocked with an abundance of extra cleaning supplies, including disinfecting products, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, and other essentials that made longer stays effortless. There was also a generous supply of paper products, ensuring guests never had to worry about running out of necessities. The bathrooms were equally well-appointed with plenty of extra toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Our family look forward to coming back on our next visit!
