Vacation home (250 sqm) with 2 apartments & garden - ideal for families & groups

The "Hasenstein" holiday home offers two separate apartments, each measuring 75 square metres, a large playroom, an additional bedroom with two beds (in the spacious attic), and a beautifully landscaped garden perfect for barbecuing (grill provided) and relaxing. Should the weather not cooperate, there is a table tennis and party room available in the basement. The house is ideal for families and groups looking to unwind, as well as serving as a starting point for excursions into the beautiful surrounding area. The amenities are top-notch; the kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need, such as a toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, and staples like spices, tea, coffee, and much more. Did your child jump into a puddle? No problem! You’ll find a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. We’ve placed special emphasis on family-friendly amenities. A large selection of board games and toys for all ages is available. There’s a PlayStation 3 in the “teen room” in the attic. Bedding, towels, and shampoo are included in the price. High-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge. There’s space in the shed to store your bicycles. You can see the available beds and their layout in the floor plans (see photos). About the area: Weidnitz, a district of Burgkunstadt, is located between Kulmbach and Lichtenfels (about 15 minutes each), about 30 minutes from Coburg, and about 40 minutes from Bamberg and Bayreuth. The Main Valley Bike Trail runs right past the village, and there are many hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. Bad Staffelstein, home to the Obermaintherme, is just 20 minutes away, and the family-friendly thermal spa in Obernsees can be reached in 40 minutes. There are numerous castles, palaces, and monasteries to discover in the surrounding area. The “Gottesgarten” Obermain Jura is right on our doorstep!
