Thanks to the large windows, an incredible amount of light enters the room, which enhances the friendly flair. The open, partially covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue is the perfect place to enjoy a barbecue or a delicious breakfast. You can also take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool and relax in the sauna. The pool is heated by the sun and is usually the same temperature as the sea water.

The beach is just 1 km away, where you can stroll, swim or fly a kite. Towards the town of Hals you can also reach the nearest fishing and shopping facilities, as well as a mini-golf course, an indoor pad or a tennis court. The mild coast welcomes all guests who want to enjoy the beach life here, where the Kattegat shows its friendliest side. The area near Hals and Hou is ideal for children of all ages to enjoy the 8 km of white sandy beach without any traffic. The hilly landscape with its beautiful forests invites you to take refreshing walks and in the cozy harbors of Hals and Hou you can watch the passing ships sailing in or out with a Danish Gammeldaws ice cream in your hand.

Ein sehr schönes Haus zum relaxen.

Ein sehr schönes Haus zum relaxen. In dem Haus ist alles, was man braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Der Garten ist sehr groß und für Hunde perfekt zum toben. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht genutzt, da es bei dem Whirlpool techn. Probleme gab, der Pool zu dieser Jahreszeit nicht mehr genutzt werden kann und für die Sauna gab es keine Zeit :-) Was man erwähnen muss, dass vierte Schlafzimmer befindet sich außerhalb des Haupthauses direkt bei der Sauna! Das Einzige was wir bemängeln, es gibt keine Erklärung, wie das Türschloss, Herd und Heizung funktionieren, aber dank Google haben wir es schnell herausgefunden. Bei der Heizung wurde uns ein Techniker am nächsten Tag geschickt, der sie uns eingestellt hat. Service wird hier GROß geschrieben. Ein Hinweis für die, die gern auch im Herbst dorthin verreisen, eine Taschenlampe sollte im Gepäck dabei sein, da es dort in der sehr weitläufigen Siedlung keine Laternen gibt und es am Abend und Morgen stockfinster ist. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und die Hunde auch. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Tolles Haus mit Mängeln

An sich hatten wir ein schönes Haus vorgefunden. Die Abwicklung war jedoch leider nicht wirklich gut gelöst: - Das Türschloss hat nur mit Spezial Trick funktioniert, der erst nach ein paar Tagen verraten wurde. Das hätte auch gleich in der Willkommensmail stehen können. - die Außenküche, Grill, Sitzgelegenheiten, Abzugshaube waren leider dreckig - Der Geschirrspüler war leider nicht ausgeräumt und dreckig - Es gibt auch jetzt im Nachhinein keine Erklärungen zur Stromabrechnung. - es gab vor Ort keinen Ansprechpartner, Bettwäsche und Handtücher mussten aus einer Plastik Box abgeholt werden. - Das vierte Zimmer befindet sich nur von der Terasse zugänglich nicht direkt „im“ Haus. - Nicht alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über Schränke - Der Kamin war leider auch nicht sauber und noch mit Asche vollgestopft Die Gegend ist toll und das Haus ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Rad sind es ca 10 Minuten bis zum Supermarkt und Jachthafen inklusive Strand

Haus, Grundstück und Pool sind super.

Haus, Grundstück und Pool sind super. Sie Sauberkeit dagegen nicht. Im Bad sind die Armaturen verkalkt, die Dusche mit Abdichtung sehr ungepflegt, die Küchengeräte wie Toaster und Wasserkocher sind völlig durch und eine Zumutung. Das Gestell eines Terrassentisches ist total verrostet. Alles Dinge, die man auch für wenig Geld erneuern und pflegen könnte. Es gibt leider kein einziges Fenster mit Fliegengitter, so dass immer Mücken und Fliegen im Haus sind.
