It's a lot of US and Canadian historically in that part of the city. Absolutely safe and quiet gated area. Next to downtown.

One of few properties what close to all you need for perfect active vacation. Water activities, boats, cars, bicycles, child ATV, diving googles, fishing rods... whatever you like.
